Q. Do you offer financing options or payment plans?

We try to accommodate as many of our patients as possible so we offer CareCredit with available 0% financing for our patients who want to make payments. We also offer in house financing options so you can find the right fit for your needs. Our friendly staff will be happy to give you several of these options at the time of your visit.

Q. Do you take my insurance?

We are currently in-network with Delta Premier, Delta PPO, Aetna PPO, Cigna PPO, Anthem 300, Met-Life PPO, United Healthcare PPO, and The Guardian along with most major carrier PPO plans. Don’t see your plan listed? No problem. If you provide us with some basic information when you call or email to schedule we will be more than happy to verify your coverage. We also work with all other major insurances and will even file your claim for you.

Q. I’m sold, where do I park?

Our parking lot is located behind our building on High St. It is accessible from either Erie or Winthrop Rd by the alley running around back. Follow the sidewalk to our patient entrance in the front.
